长城有几千年的历史。远看，长城像一条巨龙盘绕在崇山峻岭之间。近看，长城高得直上云霄。我们开始登长城了，长城全部都是用石头砌成的，当人们登上长城的时候，望着气势磅礴的xxx长城，就会想到xxx让劳动人们把一块块这么重的石头背上山，是多么不容易啊!长城这么长，石头又那么重，当时又没有机械化，全是劳动人们用肓背，用手抬把一块块石头运上山，不仅让人感叹，劳动人们好伟大啊!

我们乘车到了长城脚下，开始自由活动。我和几个伙伴踏上了长城的第一个台阶。接着我抢先一步往上爬，后面的伙伴也不甘示弱，一个个赶了上来。还没登多久，我开始感到好累，不一会儿就筋疲力尽了，但是长城的顶端好像还是遥不可及。我们只好在原地休息一会儿，然后继续往上爬。夏令营的老师们也不时地鼓励着我们，我们这时候好像来劲了，伙伴们你追我赶。在我们的不懈努力下，终于登上了长城顶端。站在长城上向下望，长城像一条银白色的巨龙，盘旋在群山之上，是多么的雄伟壮观啊！

我情不自禁地朝着长城，朝着群山大声呼喊：长城，我来了！我爱你，长城！

这次暑假，我和妈妈、表妹、姑姑一起来到了我们向往已久的伟大祖国的首都——北京游玩。
